Description

An intermediate-level study of the cell as the basic unit of life. Topics include cell organization, transmembrane events, intracellular trafficking, chemical mediators, cell cycle, electrical signaling, cancer, and bioenergetics. Offered: Spring semester. Prerequisiste(s): (SBL 150and SBL 151) or (SBL 152and SBL 153) and (SCH 140and SCH 141) or (SCH 115and SCH 116). Corequisiste(s): SBL 248.
