Description

Inquiry-based, semester-long investigation of cell structure and function to complement topics in SBL 247. Students gain first-hand experience with techniques commonly used in cell biological research including quantitative and qualitative survival assays, fluorescent microscopy, cell culture, protein electrophoresis, and qRT-PCR. Offered: Spring semester. Prerequisiste(s): (SBL 150and SBL 151)and (SCH 140and SCH 141) orSCH 116. Fee. Writing Intensive course.
