Description

Educational philosophies and instructional strategies for children with special needs. Topics focus on specific characteristics of various disabilities, cultural and language barriers, gifted and talented, current legislation, inclusion strategies, and current issues in the field.Field experience is a required component of this course.Clearances required. Offered: Fall and spring semesters.
