Drink Herbal Juices and Stay Healthy!

Herbal juices provide an excellent stimulating effect. They make a perfect combination with other juices, for example: parsley with tomato, celery with carrot, and so on.

Juices are extracted from herbs with the help of special screw-press juicers. Due to the special design, such juicers cope with this task perfectly, which is impossible for any other juicer type. Moreover, best juicer for greens, equipped with two worm shafts, allows you to extract juice even from sprouted wheat.

You can also just use meat grinder or blender, and then strain the juice from the resulting puree through the bandage cloth.

General Recommendation

Remove all damaged and dry leaves, leaving only good dark-green ones. Herbs are recommended to stay in a container with cold water for 30 minutes so that all parasite eggs, that might be on them, would fall off.

To prepare the juice, use juicer or meat grinder (followed by straining through the bandage cloth).

Juice should be taken without sugar or salt immediately after it has been prepared. It is better to take it in small sips, briefly holding the liquid in your mouth for a while, so that it can mix with saliva. This will improve juice absorption in the stomach.

The quality and properties of the juice depending on the plant it was extracted from. Some of the most biologically active juices are obtained from dill, parsley, and nettle. Let’s talk about them in detail.

Dill Juice

To prepare this juice, you have to wash the fresh dill, dry it in a shade (but not wither), chop and make juice in the juicer or meat grinder. Store in refrigerator for no more than a day, at a room temperature – for no more than half an hour.

This juice provides a good diuretic, choleretic, expectorant and restorative effect. It improves stomach, liver and kidney functioning, and also strengthens heart muscle.

Also, it is an excellent remedy for vision improvement. Its effect will be even stronger if mixed with freshly squeezed carrot juice.

Parsley Juice

This is one of the most powerful and concentrated biologically active juices, so it should be diluted with water. Its recipe is similar to the dill juice preparation.

Parsley juice recommended dietary allowance is no more than 1 tablespoon per day. It is very well combined with carrot, cucumber, celery or spinach juice.

Parsley is a plant source of nutrients, especially electrolytes like sodium, calcium, and magnesium. Moreover, this plant is famous for its high amount of antioxidants.

Nettle Leaves Juice

Nettle is famous for its powerful bactericidal, wound healing, diuretic, choleretic action. It improves heart, stomach, intestines, liver, kidneys, blood composition and hemoglobin, increases the number of red blood cells. Normalizes metabolism, blood sugar level, improves blood clotting, increases the amount of milk in lactating women.

Nettle stems should be cut with knife or secateurs, and a few hours later, when the leaves stop stinging, they should be torn off, thoroughly washed with warm water and minced through meat grinder or screw-press juicer.

It is better to drink juice immediately, as it gets oxidized quickly if not sealed in an airtight container and put in the refrigerator.

Nettle juice is recommended to take in a mix with other juice, like carrot or apple one. You can mix a teaspoon of pure undiluted nettle juice with a teaspoon of honey – you will get a delicious, nice and incredibly healthy emerald mixture.
